6 November 2024
9:00 - 10:30
This session explores the basics of crisis and disaster medicine research, how EMTs can understand and engage in that process, and how to document and build upon the results. Participants will be invited to identify home context issues facing their EMT, operational concerns, and potential collaborative partners in building research capacity. Expanded understanding of need, focus, and processes will empower and energize attendees to return home and look at research with new eyes and – ultimately – generate meaningful research.
